About the event
Mythic Heart Theatre brings myth, folklore, and timeless literature to life through music, movement, and visual art. Grounded in the cyclical rhythms of the seasons, each production invites creative engagement and a deeper sense of connection to community, place, and the living world.
Performance artist Kristi Williamson and visual artist Kathryn Oliver have collaborated for over 18 years to create immersive ritual theater experiences. Their work brings together dance, drama, music, mask work, visual art, film, and poetry, weaving archetypal stories, timeless literature, poetry, and the natural world into shared performance experiences.
A Feast for the Soul is developed in close collaboration. Kathryn shapes the visual and structural world of the work, beginning with the script and integrating poetry, prose, music, and visual elements including film, masks, sets, and costumes.
